Alabama Sorority Rush Week Is Absolutely Dominating TikTok Right Now
If you go on TikTok right now, I guarantee you can't get three videos in without coming across a group of sorority girls at the University of Alabama. It's damn near the only thing on the app right now.
Now I'm sure you can take one look at me and tell that I am not the guy to go to for information on sorority recruitment and all that entails. But I feel I've become somewhat of an expert over the last few days through viewing approximately 500 TikTok videos and let me tell you, this shit is ridiculous.
It honestly seems like the least enjoyable experience of all-time for both sides. If you're a freshman, you're going to all these different sororities and talking to girls at each one about the same shit that does not matter even a little bit, trying to make yourself seem way better than you actually are. And if you're already in a sorority, you have to make all these decorations, get dressed up and research whatever girls you've been assigned to talk to like they're hiding government secrets.

But I guess it's all worth it to get into one of those precious groups for the rest of the year and pretend you're having a great time all for those seven Saturdays in the fall.
