The USMNT Golden Generation Is Officially Here And They Can't Stop Embarrassing The Hell Out Of Mexico

Oh I'm sorry, is your country the current CONCACAF Nations League AND Gold Cup champs? Because we are. That's right, Miles Robison gave us that goal in extra time and sent Mexico into tears. Also sent Alexi Lalas into tears, but those were happy tears. 

But here's the thing. The USMNT Golden Generation is here and nobody can argue it. This was our B- team at best. We sent a bunch of young guys to get some playing time and see what we have. Well, Greggggggggggg Berhalter and the rest of us now know what we have. The Golden Generation. We know about Pulisic and McKennie and Dest and Reyna and Adams and those guys. But now we can throw in Miles Robinson who was AWESOME this tournament. We can throw in Kellyn Acosta, who delivered the game-winning assist and was the best player for us tonight. Oh and then there's the whole goalie thing. Matt Turner is fucking here boys and girls. That's the one question we've had (still have). Who is the number 1 goalie? Everyone loves Steffen and I get it. Horvath looks good, Turner looks like a stud. Guess we just have 3 number 1s now.
