Jonathan Toews Breaks His Silence On Why He Was Out Last Year

Well wasn't this a sight for sore eyes. We've missed Toews dearly. We've been worried about him. The rumors were infinite. They were scary. Now, it appears as though he will be back for 2021-22 and that is the first bit of good news the Blackhawks have had in a LONG time. No fucking idea what Chronic Immune Response Syndrome, but at least it's not ALS or MS or one of the other horrifying abbreviated diseases he was linked to. I can't wait to see him back on the ice. Hopefully this was just a blip in a lost year and now he has a treatment plan that allows him to be successful, happy, and have a long healthy life. Welcome back, Jonny. We've never needed you more
