Absolute dog shit injury luck this year. Horrific. Eloy to Robert to Madrigal, three key pieces in the Sox lineup. Then we've had an IL stint from Anderson, Abreu has been dinged up multiple times, and Kopech, Crochet, and Lynn have all seen IL trips. WHY CAN'T WE HAVE NICE THINGS? WHAT DID WE DO TO PISS OFF THE BASEBALL GODS???

No fucking idea, but I apologize on the behalf of every Sox fan, player, beer vendor, scout, front office exec, and owner. I'm sorry for whatever we did. We didn't mean it. We just want a competitive team that doesn't get gutted by pandemics and injuries. The White Sox are in first place in spite of all of this though but fuck man… if Moncada or TA or someone goes down, there's just not the depth to weather that sort of storm I don't think. 

Fucking tragic. Madrigal was playing fantastic baseball. Fantastic. His defense and base running improved 10 fold and he was finally hitting for power. He turned me into a believer and I wasn't someone who was in love with his game like others were. Winning cures all though - go and shit all over Ryu and the Jays tonight, weather the storm until teams are ready to deal with Hahn, and hopefully Eloy and Robert are ready to come back shortly after the deadline.
