If Devin Booker Is Going To Keep Rolling Up To Playoff Games Like This, Go Ahead And Give The Suns The Title

Good God almighty, Devin Booker. Rolling up to game 1 against the Nuggets in what I'm told is a '71 Impala. Nbd, just some investigative journalism there (looked at replies). I'm not a car guy. Not even close to a car guy. But I know cool and this is cool as shit. In fact, it started when he rolled up to close out the Lakers in six.

Dropped a ho-hum 47, closed out the Lakers. Last night 21 and 8 while going 8-for-12 from the field. THAT'S NOT BAD.

It's clear there are two secret weapons to the Suns being awesome. It has nothing to do with the fact the lineup is perfectly constructed (more on that in a second). It's Devin Booker rolling up in these cars, striking fear in the hearts of men everywhere and Guy Fieri.

Did Guy switch fandoms from the Warriors to the Suns? Perhaps, but he's one dude who can get away with it. I did not expect the camera to cut to him after that Ayton yam but I've never been happier it did. Guy Fieri is a born winner. Prove me wrong otherwise.

Back to the Suns for a quick second. Outside of the Nets getting 3 of the 10ish best players in the league, nobody has a better roster construction than them. What do I mean by that? Look at their starting 5. You have Deandre Ayton who has completely transformed his game and is now underrated because he's playing defense, he's a post presence. They surround him with Jae Crowder and Mikal Bridges on the wing. Two guys that can shoot, finish at the rim. Then you have the two stars in Chris Paul and Booker. A true lead guard, a secondary ball handler. It's the perfect, perfect lineup. That's why they are so damn good this year.

But again, Book rolling up in these sort of cars with Kendall Jenner at the game for him? Favorites to win the west.
