I think the boys over at South Carolina may be taking "Cocks" a little too literally now.

If you get a big win to open up your NCAA Tournament run, there simply is no other option than slapping your dick around in the postgame handshake line with the fellas. That's how it's always been.

In all honesty, though, I must say this is the first time I've seen this. And I can't think of any logical explanation for this being anything other than precisely what it appears to be. This guy knew the camera was pointed right at the handshake line and started just slapping his crotch around for whatever reason. But that's college baseball players for you.
