My official stance on the boneless vs bone-in debate:

Boneless wings are great situationally. But sometimes, you can't get down and dirty with traditional wings. Also, I'm sick of hearing, "Boneless Wings are just adult chicken nuggets." YES THEY ARE and chicken nuggies slap at any age. I will always stand by that.

Are bone-in wings superior? No doubt about it, but boneless comes in clutch in the right time and place.
