Logan Paul Just Got Himself 24 Hour Security Because He's Afraid Floyd Mayweather Is Going To Hire People To Kill Him

Source - Logan Paul says he and his brother are taking no chances after Floyd Mayweather's "I'll kill you" threat ... telling TMZ Sports they now have security watching them "at all times."

Floyd dropped the menacing warning to Jake Paul after the younger Paul bro famously stole the boxer's hat during a confrontation at the Logan-Mayweather pre-fight news conference in Miami last week.

Most considered it an empty threat -- after all, nobody really thinks Floyd's going to commit murder over a baseball cap -- but Logan tells us he's taking absolutely no chances.

As for why -- the 26-year-old YouTube star explained it this way ...

"Dawg, when you have a guy with the resources and the wealth that Floyd Mayweather has and the connection and the network and he's saying s***, 'I'mma kill that motherf***er' -- kill?! Death?! You're gonna kill my brother over a f***ing hat?! Yo, we take that s*** seriously man!" Logan says the Paul bros now have bodyguards with or around them "everywhere at all times."

Look, it's tough to tell how serious Logan is in this video about whether or not Floyd he thinks wants to kill him, but he could, right? Like if Floyd really wanted the Paul brothers dead it probably wouldn't be that hard. The only problem is everyone in the world would know it was him because he said he was going to do it. It's kinda like when Joe Exotic got arrested for trying to kill Carol Baskin. He spent 10 years saying he was going to do it, then when he finally tried to the police knew exactly where to look. It's also worth noting that Jake Paul got arrested with a literal arsenal of weapons last August, so it's not like he couldn't defend himself. Regardless, the entire situation seems goofy. The match up, the promotion, the death threats, the fact that it's expected to fetch $100 MILLION- all of it. All I'm hoping for now is that Floyd actually tries when he's in there. How great would that be if he got in the ring and just dismantled Logan Paul. Time will tell. See you on June 6th...
