Bob Baffert's Newest Excuse For Medina Spirit's Positive Drug Test - Cancel Culture

Uhh hey Bob, I don't think that's what cancel culture means. A positive drug test has nothing to do with cancel culture. But the real story here is how he missed on just blaming everyone. We already know he's not a conspiracy theorist but wonders why this keeps happening to him. 

The joke has been made that Medina Spirit is the one on steroids, why isn't he catching any blame. It's a great joke. But that's the point here. If Bob Baffert is going to make wild claims about why Medina Spirit had a positive drug test, he missed a great chance to pass the buck to the horse. Just say the horse ate something it shouldn't have. Get the blame off of you and onto the horse. Make Medina Spirit answer the tough questions on national news! He started to get there, just needs to lean all the way in:

Unbelievable. This is my favorite excuse, even more than cancel culture. Please don't cancel horses. Medina Spirit didn't do anything! The thought of Baffert and team coming up with a list of excuses to rattle off is something I want to be a part of. I need to be in the room when someone suggests this and Baffert hits them with a 'bingo, that's the one.' 

My only hope is this cleans up the sport that desperately needs cleaning up. I've said it in blogs before but we need to get the drugs and all that out of horse racing. It's one of my favorite things in the world but it needs help. Sure, I don't want to see a late DQ from the Derby and all this negativity towards the sport, but it needs to happen. 

Just a big time miss though for Baffert who is blaming every other single thing in the world. Need him to turn on his horse at some point.
