'The Challenge Double Agents' Final: CT Has Officially Turned Into Tom Brady
*Spoilers Obviously Ahead. Again, this is your warning*
Alright, let me just start this by saying appreciate everyone interacting during this season of The Challenge. I know it's niche but we all love the show and hate Fessy. Good to have a crew together again. I'll be blogging Challenge All-Stars every Friday and anything that happens within the show world going forward too. We'll try to do some audio stuff too if needed whether it's on Twitter spaces or Clubhouse or whatever. Let's get into the Final.

I was talking to Eddie last night about this all and he had the perfect comparison:
Now this isn't necessarily from the best of all time angle because that's Bananas. 7 titles vs 4. But the fact that CT is showing up at 40, has the entire world against him in the house and still wins. He's blocking all these younger guys from ever getting a title. He's making Fessy look like a bitch similar to what Brady did to Luck. I'm not even a Pats fan but it's true. The man just knows how to run a Final. It took him forever to get his first title which ultimately is why he likely won't pass Bananas, but what makes him dominant showed up. He's great at puzzles. He's not necessarily a great runner but he knows how to pace and run during a Final. Physical? No problem. Eating random shit? He looked like he enjoyed it all. The man is unbelievable. He's now 2nd in Challenge Titles, tied with Darrell. He's only behind Bananas for money too. He's locked in the 2nd best male contestant in show history. For me it's:

The Final was actually good
I actually enjoyed the Final. It's been a big topic of debate over the last few seasons about how hit or miss the final feels. This one had it all. I know it was broken up over two episodes but I had no problem with that. I liked that it was a mix of all the classics. A ton of running, sometimes getting lost, the overnight deal where you have to stay up forever, eating gross shit, puzzles. The only thing I had a complaint about was how they decided the lead time. I don't get why CT/Amber had a 5 minute headstart on day 2. It should just be whatever time they led by. But the final itself was solid.

This fucking guy. Correction: This fucking loser. How does Big Brother stink this bad? Josh, Fessy, etc. The guy called out CT, saying how he's this big, bad guy. Then Kaycee gets a knee injury and still is running and eating while Fessy whined like the bitch that he is. Yeah, I fully get he could kick my ass and would kick my ass. But guess what? He's still a little Charmin soft baby that won't ever win. He blamed everything on his partners despite the fact he was gifted an easy trip to the Finals. I hope he never wins. I hope he loses in heartbreaking fashion every damn time. TJ should have lit his ass up even more.
Amber B. put on a damn show
What a show out of Amber B. I was skeptical of how she'd do with math, puzzles, etc in the Final. She struggled with that during the show but was always a good runner/physical stuff. It actually worked out perfectly with CT. She set the pace running, he took care of the puzzles and they blended it. But to win $450,000 on your rookie season? Not too shabby.

Did you know it was Leroy's last season? Wasn't sure if that was mentioned during the final. That and he's dating Kam? Still unclear. I was a huge Leroy fan, he was part of the Bananas crew after all. From his Real World season in Vegas to his bizarre friendship and 3rd place finish with Mike to him saying he learned how to swim by watching YouTube, he was great. But this season I was cheering against him … hard. He was part of the annoying alliance. But that said, he had a hell of a run on the show despite never winning.
