'The Challenge: Double Agents' Ep. 14 Recap & Power Rankings - Time To Chalk It Up As A Loss

The Challenge is too damn good of a show to not be talked about. Each Thursday I'll drop one of these recaps and power rankings so we all can argue about America's fifth sport. Holy shit, this season is bad
Spoke about this with Clem and Eddie last night. I'm a diehard Challenge fan. I'm going to watch every episode of every season. But this one is a dud. Too much Big Brother. Too much working out and trying to make it legit sports. Too much of this whole agent shtick. What happened to the good old days of drinking, fucking, fighting and making fun of people? Now I gotta listen to Fessy try to sound smart when he's dressed like an asshole. Drop everything from this season for the next one and start over. Don't bring so many Big Brother people in because it's turning into Big Brother. Don't have such a big alliance. Put them all something warm and let them start drinking their faces off.
Fessy is luggage
Eddie put it perfectly when he said this on the Clubhouse about Cory, I think more of it about Fessy. During the daily challenge and Fessy just flat out was horrendous at swimming and then losing his mind on Nany, he's luggage. He was kicking Nany's shit when swimming. They got DQ'd. He's part of the Stupid Squad. He's no Challenge great. He's popcorn muscles. He's Zach without the hot girlfriend on the show with him.
Aneesa fucked up
Kyle actually did .... he actually said something smart. Kyle wanted to throw CT in vs Darrell. It made all the sense in the world. Get rid of one of the two strongest competitors AND freeze Cory out of a gold skull for at least another week. Aneesa said something along the lines of he was just thinking of the short term win. Uhh, sure wasn't pal! He was thinking of the Final. You get rid of CT/Darrell and potentially get rid of Cory for the Final too. That's ultimate snake it to you make it winning money. I know Aneesa is loyal to Cory (because they used to fuck) but come on, how do you not see this? Just be honest and say all you want is for Cory to have a chance for a skull.
What the hell producers?
We got Cory vs Darrell. Close your eyes and tell me what you think of when you see those two. Hall Brawl. We got fucked by Hall Brawl once this year when Amber M vs Amber B was given the greatest elimination in show history only to ruin it. Instead we got an endurance/race event:
Call an audible and set up something physical. Save the show damnit. You already took away the 90s-early 2000s music that dominated last season for some weird versions of 80s songs.
We got ourselves a redemption story!
Big T and CT are back together. Cory snagged Kam so CT was left between Amber B and Big T to pick. We all know he lost his mind when he was able to get Kam and leave Big T, who then got pissed at him. It was stupid but at least it was a little bit vintage Challenge of crying and fighting for no reason besides playing the game. What does CT do? He goes back to Big T to help her get a gold skull. Good guy CT, who would have ever guessed? Honestly, thank God for CT because he's the only thing saving this season right now. You gotta just chalk this season up a loser, get back to the drawing board and see what you can come up with next.
