I believe so little in Ryan Pace & Matt Nagy that the sooner they're gone and we get someone else a crack at this the better the franchise will be. Sure, McCaskey will need to make the right move from there, but it's better than standing pat with what we got.

It fucking sucks but I genuinely believe it's the right move. Pace tried. He got who he thought was his franchise QB at #2 and traded for one of the best defensive players in football. It unfortunately resulted in a 3 year window.
