Since 1993, Aunt Chilada’s has been serving the Quinnipiac area's best Mexican and American food. They feature a large deck overlooking Sleeping Giant Golf Course, three stone fireplaces in a converted 19th century farmhouse, and a private room available for parties up to 100.

We are a family restaurant that has been here since 1993. Over the years we have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for community charities. We have had mentally and physically challenged people clean the restaurant every morning for the last 25 years. We have done numerous fundraisers for the local animal shelters. We close our lot down every year and have the State Special Olympic games, we are located next to a golf course so we provide a cook-out lunch for each participant and their sponsor. We usually employee 15-20 employees, many who have been with us for many years. We have 2 managers and they both have over 25 years here. We are located 1 mile from Quinnipiac University, they contribute about 30% of our yearly sales.We do fundraisers for many of the student causes. We also do catering for the sport teams, and other student functions, all of that has gone away. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel… I just hope we can make it until then.
