Mac Jones, Yes That Mac Jones, Has A Long Career Of Profession Cornhole Ahead Of Him

You think Trevor Lawrence is out here splashing some triple baggers? You think Justin Fields is pulling away with a 4-point round against Doug Flutie? You think Zach Wilson can even hit the board? You think Trey Lance would even pick up a bag in the first place?

The answer to all those questions is a resounding "hell no".

Mac Jones is far and away the best quarterback in this draft class...at cornhole. And considering how much steam the sport has been picking up lately, it wouldn't surprise me to see Jones become a 2 sport professional athlete. The Bo Jackson of cornhole. You figure wherever he ends up next season, he'll most likely be a backup. Which means that he'll have plenty of time to get his cornhole game finely tuned and dialed in. We're talking about averaging a 3-bagger, and knocking down multiple 4-bagger rounds per game.

All I'm saying is that if Mac Jones is available there at the 6 spot, I wouldn't hate to see my Eagles take a chance on him. He already has some familiarity with being a backup to Jalen Hurts, so he would be a natural fit in that QB room. And then Philly could lay claim to the cornhole dynasty that Mac Jones is about to embark on over the next few years. City of Champions, baby.

Coach might be a little confused when he's crushing a few mid-practice beers. But everybody knows your cornhole skills go up at least 1.5 points per round after you get a little buzz on. Gotta play to win. Roll Tide.
