Vin Scully is a national treasure. He’s always so cool, voice silky smooth, and somehow works alone and is still so much better than most everyone else in the game at a young 87 years old. Him telling Andre Ethier to “get it out son” while he’s going wack a mole in the dugout with his bat is too perfect. It’s Vin Scully at his Vin Scullyest. But nothing will top his Jonny Gomes wolf story that he perfectly wove in between the play by play. I hope we have Scully for 100 more years.
