Gambino Family Associates Who Lit Themselves on Fire Torching A Debtors Car Are In Some Smoke

Wednesday was a tough day in Brooklyn Federal Court for alleged Gambino and Lucchese Family associate Peter Tuccio (seen above in tracksuit). He finally agreed to a plea deal in a shit show of an arson case dating back years.

Back in 2015, he and two associates were driving around Queens and saw a rival who owed Gambino family soldier Ignazio "Uncle Iggy" Alogna, the wildly high amount of a "400 dollar payment" on a 5000 dollar street tax he owed. Alogna back in the day was on occasion the bodyguard for Gambino capi di tutti capi John Gotti. He has since died but had a little pull left and the young hoods wanted to get some work in.

The trio were in Queens and saw the debtor, a pizza parlor owner get into his Mercedes and followed him through the streets like a scene out of Grand Theft Auto. They finally caught up to him outside of his pizza shop and I guess mentioned what the fuck was going on with the payments to Alogna. They scared the debtor asking about his car but left without incident. Later that night, the debtor heard a loud boom outside of his house. Observed were Tuccio and two others lighting the 2014 Benz on fire.

According to aboutthemafia.com:

The arson attack was a complete mess as one of the mob associates Gino Gabrielli was captured on security camera footage lighting the car on fire. That’s not all, the associate’s pant legs accidentally caught fire as he tried to flee.

Minutes later, Tuccio and Gabrielli were seen on local hospital surveillance entering to get medical attention on their burns. A real sophisticated group of wiseguys we're dealing with here, as you can see. This is a far cry from the private doctors you see on the Sopranos or even that were maybe used in normal mob life years ago to avoid detection at the hospital. This further states the current life of the mob. A mess.

Both Gabrielli and other doer Jon Gurino pled guilty and await their fates at sentencing. Tuccio decided to cop a plea to using fire to commit the felony crime of extortion and awaits sentencing as well. He faces up to 10 years in the Feds.

Oh by the way, the debtor ended up paying the debt in full to Alogna. So it worked for him.
