The Browns Head Coach Kevin Stefanski And A "Significant Player" Have Tested Positive For Covid And Will Miss The Playoff Game

Life is nothing but pain.

The Browns finally ended their 18 year playoff drought, and probably the #1 reason why we're the ultimate rags to riches NFL story will now have to miss the game. This is simply unbelievable. Congratulations to the Pittsburgh Steelers on advancing to the next round. How lucky can you get? There's no way we win anymore. The difference between Kevin Stefanski and each of the 11 previous head coaches we've had since the return in 1999 is perhaps the biggest gap in brain cells in world history. It'd be like a doctor from Harvard playing Jeopardy with a bunch of Kindergartners. No contest.

I'll say this: ff this were the Ravens, the NFL would postpone the entire playoff schedule and move everything back two weeks. But it's the Browns and the world enjoys seeing us suffer. We will now have Mike Prefer leading the Browns into their first playoff game since 2002. I think I'm going to be sick.

And who are these two players that have tested positive?

Awesome. If I know my luck as a Cleveland fan, it's either Myles Garrett and Baker Mayfield. Just when we're about to start our Super Bowl run, everything that can go wrong does go wrong. We had the Steelers right where we wanted them. Thinking their JV team hung with us, when Stefanski clearly didn't implement his best game plan because he knew we were going to see them again this week. Genius move by our coach; he just forgot to wear his damn mask somewhere. How does this happen? Stefanski should be in a group of essential personnel that live in a complete bubble until this long postseason run is complete. Hell, quit wearing a mask and start wearing a legitimate bubble boy costume on the sideline. Kevin, we needed you!!!!

Okay, whining is over. Time to gear up for the biggest game of our lives without our general.

I'll say this: all of the pressure is now on the Steelers. You have your "Varsity" team back and we're down our head coach and a significant player. Maybe they get over confident and don't prepare for as well as they should? I don't know guys….I'm grasping for straws here. I really think the Browns were about to go on a minimum two, maximum four game postseason run for the ages. And it's all going to come crashing down because someone ate a bat in Wuhan 13 months ago.
