Watching Top Prospect, Adley Rutschman Take BP With A Metal Bat Is Baseball Porn

I don't mean to be dramatic, but this may be the best video I've ever seen. We got a top 2 MLB prospect in Adley Rutschman taking some Christmas Eve BP with the Baseball Bat Bros over on Youtube. Just taking some hacks in 30 degree weather with a metal bat. This is what we all want to see, how many times have you have the conversation with friends, "I wonder how far Barry Bonds could hit with a metal bat?" Rutschman brings that convo to life. He's a switch hitter but power comes from the left side, and you can see why. I mean that swing is perfect. And when he connects, good golly look out. Surprised that building in right field is still standing because good lord it took a pounding. He's not just hitting the front, he's hitting the middle of the roof. Pray for the warehouse in Baltimore in 2022 (and probably after the ASB in 2021). We haven't even talked about the sound, that's the best part. That metal bat on ball noise is unmistakeable. One of the best pure sounds in all of sports. 

Took him a few swings but he got comfortable and started hitting em 400+, that's child's play to Adley. Imagine hitting a ball over 400 feet in freezing temperatures and screaming "nooooo" because you didn't hit the building you were aiming at. What a performance by Adley.
