Rob Font Returns In A Big Bad Way For The New England Cartel

Pinpoint precision from Rob Font of the New England Cartel on those shots right there to put Marlon Moraes down and (technically) out for the win in his first fight since December 2019! There were a lot of questions about how Font would perform after spending the year rehabbing a torn ACL, but after tonight - I'm pretty sure they're answered. 

Just a beautiful finish (that took way too long to call, what the heck, ref?!) and a massive statement made by Font in his return. Can't wait to see where this W lands him in the bantamweight rankings on Monday, considering Moraes is currently sitting at #3. 

Font mentioned possibly taking on TJ Dillashaw next (who comes off a suspension in January), and I'm INCREDIBLY down for that one. I think that fight would produce absolute FIREWORKS.
