Now this is a weather report I can get behind! I don't need nerds with meteorology degrees telling me about high pressure systems and cumulus nimbus clouds on my TV. Just give me some normal people or famous rappers telling me what's going on outside in less than a minute flat using terms I can understand like that it's snowing dummy, stay inside, and Jack Frost is pimp slapping with no powder just snow. Maybe mix in whether the snow is good packing snow for snowball fights or sleigh riding. That's the most important report about what's going on other than whether or not you have to go to work or school in the morning. 

For real though, I can tell you first hand it's not only cold and snowy outside but also windy as fuck.
