Meat Sweats With Jordie: How To Make A Sweet, Succulent, Smoked McRib Sandwich

The other day I saw our good pal Frank put the McRib through the Tank's Taste Test. It fared very favorably, receiving an admirable 7.9 grading.

I was incredibly hungry whilst watching the video, but my car is currently in the shop so I couldn't drive to my local McDonald's to grab a McRib of my own (Sidenote: Never buy a Jeep Patriot. They are trash vehicles). My only other option was to make one of my own.

One rack of smoked baby back ribs, some caramelized onions, spicy dill pickles, tangy bbq sauce, and one sourdough baguette later, there I was enjoying a delicious McRib sando.

Would I highly recommend going to McDonald's to get yourself an original McRib? Yes, I certainly would.

Would I also highly recommend putting together your own McRib? Yes, I certainly would. Maybe you could even get totally crazy and do both of them on the same day. It's 2020. Anything is possible.
