This Is What Happens When You Park In A Handicap Spot In Brazil

Ahhhhhh yes.  Nothing like a good public shaming.  People pointing and laughing at him will teach him a lesson way faster than some stupid parking ticket he’ll probably never pay.  Nothing conditions a human faster than being publicly ridiculed by the people in their community.  I don’t know if that’s true or not but it sounds like it could be.  At first I thought they painted the car with blue paint but I guess it’s just thousands upon thousands of post-it notes?  How long was that guy parked there?  Days?  Also, this being Brazial and all, I have to imagine that’s a pretty tame punishment.  When I envision somebody breaking the law in Brazil or pulling a dick move I just assume they get shot in the head.  That’s my picture of Brazil.  Park in a handicap spot, get shot in the head when you get back to your car.  Game over.  Covering the car in post-it notes seems like something Americans would do.  So that guy should be happy he’s not dead.
