Dude Who Won A Game Of Russian Roulette Sent To Jail

VERNON — A man who “won” a game of Russian roulette at a Vernon Avenue apartment last July was sentenced Tuesday to five years in prison. Prosecutors were not able to hold John Dybowski, 27, responsible for the death of the game’s loser, Armand Cyr, 38, who shot himself in the head on July 13, 2014. Dybowski was convicted Tuesday of criminal possession of a firearm, making a false statement to police, reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence. Tolland State’s Attorney Matthew Gedansky told Superior Court Judge Sheila Prats that Dybowski and Cyr were using heroin when the pair began to play Russian roulette with a .38-caliber revover. Gedansky said prosecutors researched whether they could charge Dybowski in Cyr’s death, but could not find a way to do it. “He’s being punished for his conduct, which is being a felon in possession of a firearm and then tampering with evidence,” Gedansky said.

Well aint this some bullshit? Thats no way to treat a winner. In America there are winners and their are losers. Losers always whine about being dead because they shot themselves in the head. Winners go home and fuck the prom queen. They dont go home and get arrested for criminal possession and making false statements and reckless endangerment though. I just think it sets a bad precedent. Sets a bad example for the other skells playing Russian Roulette after doing a little bit of meth. Gonna have a whole generation of meth heads out there who wont wanna win Russian Roulette because this guy went to jail for it. Just goes to show the the Pussification Movement isnt just in elementary schools and rec sports. Its spread all the way to drug induced Russian Roulette.
