This Employee Is Suing His Former Boss Because He Ripped One Of His Nuts Off

(Source) — This business retreat took balls — literally. A New Jersey man claims his boss drunkenly grabbed his crotch so hard that doctors had to remove a testicle. Michael Peacock, 45, endured three surgeries, including the removal of one of his private parts, after he was manhandled during a two-day “team-building” seminar in upstate New York, a lawsuit says. On July 18, 2012, the workers for the data-security company Iron Mountain Management went barhopping in Kingston and took a cruise on the Hudson to foster camaraderie. But as the booze flowed, boss Richard Langtry became “increasingly loud and aggressive,” Peacock claims in New Jersey Superior Court papers. Langtry “drank heavily throughout the day and into the evening,” and then, as the men passed each other outside a restroom, “grabbed [Peacock’s] left testicle, squeezed it hard and pulled it down as if to rip it from his groin,” court papers claim.

Saw this story around a few times today and everyone is calling this guy the worst boss ever. Um, did anyone read the story? Dude took them on a two day booze cruise. If Dave took us on a two day booze cruise then ripped one of my nuts off it would be the nicest thing he’s ever done for me. The guy said he was trying to foster some camaraderie, I’m not sure how the hell two guys can become closer without grabbing each other’s nuts? That’s how you become boys. That’s how you work on team building. If you’re someone’s acquaintance then you shake their hand, if you’re someone’s cool boss then you grab a handful of testicle and don’t let go. Three surgeries and the loss of a nut is way better than a lifetime of getting treated like dirt, if you ask me.
