Late Night Listenin: Prince - Whole Lotta Love (Live At The Aladdin 2002)

I was gonna save this 'Recommended:' performance for tomorrow, but then I remembered we've got the return of Mando, and that's probably all I'll wanna be talking about; so I figured fuck it - lemme give the night owls somethin to put in their pipe and smoke.

Here's a killer performance of 'Whole Lotta Love' by His Royal Badness himself that I was just put onto recently by my Uncle Kev. It's taken from his show at The Aladdin in Las Vegas on December 15th, 2002, and it's the perfect cover in my opinion - it does justice to the original, but also puts a fresh new spin on it. 

I may be biased tho - I'm basically at the point right now where you give me Prince playing 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' on guitar and I'm there for it. I can't get enough of his various different live performances/covers on YouTube - absolutely mad fer it.
