The First Trailer For Disney's 'Raya and the Last Dragon' Is Here

In a realm known as Lumandra, a re-imagined Earth inhabited by an ancient civilization, a warrior named Raya is determined to find the last dragon.

The one thing I really appreciate across both 'Frozen' and 'Moana' is how the movies were able to quickly immerse us into these magical worlds without so much as a hiccup. This movie looks like it is going to do that x3, with a lot less music and a lot more action. I mean, did you see that sword? When's the last time we saw a protagonist using a sword in a Disney animated movie?

Too long! There is an interesting blend in this trailer of Indiana Jones style adventure and colorful animation which definitely has my attention. I'm also curious with the choice of an armadillo, or whatever that was, as the cute animal meant to sell toys. Risky move, Micky!
