Wake Up With SNL’s Happy Fun Ball

“Happy Fun Ball” is, for my money, one of “Saturday Night Live”’s top five commercial parodies of all time. Coming right in the peak of the best cast they ever put together.

This one came to mind watching NFL football this weekend because there’s an ad running for some pharmaceutical where the list of side effects takes twice as long to read as what it’s supposed to treat you for. Like I don’t remember what it’s called or if it helps cure your anxiety or your high blood pressure or help you smoking. I just remember it might give you explosive diarrhea, heart palpitations or make you kill yourself. Thanks for that, Big Pharma.

Regardless, just don’t taunt Happy Fun Ball.
