This Guy's Video Mashup About Not Leaving New York Is Absolutely Fantastic

There's been a ton of talk lately about people permanently leaving New York City. Personally I don't buy it. I think it's all temporary. I think the rich went to their second homes and are simply dragging their feet about coming back and the poor who moved back in with their parents are doing the same thing. Once fall hits everyone will start to trickle in and things will be back to normal by December. Hopefully. 

Anyway, I thought this video was great. Just perfect clips to match the captions. The entire sequence of events is spot on...
