Meg Thee Stallion Confirms Tory Lanez Shot Her After Partying At Kylie Jenner

These last few months have been too eventful for the Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion. First, she became a household name among millennials when her hit song "Savage" took off on TikTok. The hit was so big that Beyonce jumped on the remix and solidified Meg as a superstar. Then, Meg and Cardi B dropped their earth-shattering single "WAP", which hit the Billboard charts at No. 1 in the song's first week.

In the midst of her newfound celebrity, the self-proclaimed "hot girl" partied at Kylie Jenner's in the Hollywood Hills back in July but ended the night with bullet wounds. No one knew what to think about this story for a long time. "Meg was outside of Kylie's house? While she was with Tory Lanez?? Tory shot her??  In the feet? What??" Meg Thee Stallion has been on IG LIVE to tell us that whatever happened to her that day was the worst experience of her life, but she never named Tory Lanez as the shooter despite the subtweets in his direction.

Well looks like Tory Lanez (whose legal name is Daystar Peterson) lied one more time…

After every hip-hop artist and media outlet had to walk back their jokes about Megan losing her toes in a shootout, the 25-year-old decided to set the record straight once and for all on IG LIVE last night, telling the world it was, in fact, Canadian artist Tory Lanez who pulled the trigger:

“Yes … Tory shot me. You shot me and you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lying… Stop lying. Why lie? I don't understand.”

Since the shooting in July, Tory Lanez had been celebrated for his verse on the Jack Harlow "What's Poppin" remix but has been quiet about his involvement in Meg's injuries. On the other hand, Meg has been very vocal about how hard it's been to rehab her feet after surgery and how traumatizing the shooting was for her: "I'm scared. I've never been shot before."

Like the black dude from Star Wars said, we all need to do a better job of protecting black women. SO LET'S GET DAYSTAR'S ASS DEPORTED BACK TO CANADA AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Thoughts & Prayers to Megan Thee Stallion (and her feet).
