Bless Yourself With 27(!) Minutes Of VEEP's Best Insults

In my opinion, VEEP consistently delivered the best insults of any show in the history of television. While other shows such as The Sopranos, Entourage (specifically Ari Gold) and a ton of others also consistently delivered brutal lines, VEEP was special in that you had absolutely no idea who was going to be the one to deliver the kill punch at any given time. Jonah and Mike were the easiest targets due to their level of uselessness, but they had their chances to get shots in too. The consistent thread throughout the entirety of the show, and honestly the centralized theme, is this constant, relentless barrage of brutality thrown from any character at any given time and it is glorious. Family, friends, coworkers, pets, old people, young people, disabled people, any race or religion. You name it, VEEP made fun of someone with it, in it, or part of it. 

While looking up the scene in which one character says to another "You're not even a man. You're like an early draft of a man, where they just sketched out a giant, mangled skeleton but they didn't have time to add details like pigment or self respect. You're Frankenstein's monster, if the monster was made entirely of dead dicks" I found two beautiful compilations that do a spectacular job of capturing the vast majority of insults that went down on the show.
