Wakeboarding Is A Contact Sport So You Better Keep Your Head Up
Thank god it was just Pablo out there with Lindros instead of Scott Stevens or Darius Kasparaitis. I love Big E more than anyone but he sure seems to be keeping his head up a little better on the water than he did on the ice.
Anyway, I think this goes without saying but its time for wakeboard hockey to be in the Olympics. Now that the NHL has agreed to let their players participate in the Winter Olympics again, I don't see any reason why they can't get out there in the summer Olympics as well. You let all the skill guys play for their country in the winter games, and then just throw all the goons out there in the summer to deck the shit out each other on a lake. At the very least, it should be in the X Games. Actually, I think I'd like it better that way. Could you imagine a guy like Dustin Byfuglien out there? Big Buff would cause a tsunami. Buddy could hip check the whole boat if he wanted to and cause it to capsize. Don't just want more wakeboard hockey, need more of it.

Sidenote: The video is great and everything but what happens once the cameras stop rolling and you're left there wearing about 75lbs of soaking wet hockey gear? Stick taps all around to these beauties for going all out here, because that gear had to be disgusting by the end of the day.
