Counterpoint: Fuck Kristaps Porzingis

Alright I saw this floating around earlier today and just had to address it. Let me be loud and clear. Fuck Kristaps Porzingis and the unicorn he rode in on. I also hate these Knicks fans bitching and moaning about watching the Mavericks. Yeah, of course Kristaps is flourishing. He's playing for Rick Carlisle, next to Luka and in an offensive scheme that fits him. But let's also remember that Kristaps is injury prone and bitched and moaned his way out of New York.

Oh let's also remember that he followed and unfollowed Clem - a guy who literally went to Latvia for him. LATVIA!

Could there have been a better offer than what the Knicks got for Kristaps? For sure. It's frustrating that the Knicks moved him for essentially draft picks and cap space to try and land stars. They didn't land a star, because we're the Knicks. But there's still cap space! The fact is I just don't trust the Knicks to do anything right as long as James Dolan is running the joint. 

And these Knicks fans bitching and moaning about not watching Game 7, fuck outta here. You know what we're going to do if that happens. We're going to watch and be loud as hell for whoever the Mavs are playing - as long as it's not the Celtics. We cheer against Kristaps. It's that simple. No, it doesn't hurt to see him flourish, because every former Knick flourishes after New York (excluding Patrick Ewing). 

I’m very anti-Kristaps. I hate him. He’s like an ex-girlfriend to me. Deleted his number, deleted memories, everything. Pretend he doesn't exist and then hope he fails in the brightest light. Is it normal behavior? Nope. But this is what the Knicks do to you.
