Oh Yoenis, what a rollercoaster career he had with the Mets. Has all the flair in the world, hits some monster dongs, loves golf, loves his ranch, but has this awkward ending where he opts-out mid-game. He's a free agent after this season and a reunion isn't likely. You can't say that he wasn't exciting in the field and in the box. Wasn't the best contract in the world, but was far from the worst deal in history. Hit 76 homers in his 5 seasons with the Mets, but never even came close to sniffing 162 game season. He was a problem if he stayed healthy, unfortunately he never could do that. Sorry, Mets fans. You'll always have his first homer.
