Watch This 4-Star Hoops Recruit Use A Bunch Of Masks To Announce Where He's Going To Play College Hoops

Well if this isn't 2020 in a perfect nutshell, I don't know what is. 4-star hoops recruit R.J. Keene from Houston decided to 'mask up' for his announcement video. Kinda perfect. Gotta admit the logos on the mask look kinda dope. He told ESPN he wanted to help spread the awareness of wearing masks:

"Coronavirus is the biggest thing right now, and for me committing, to be honest, I'm the least most important thing right now," he told ESPN. "I want to spread awareness that everyone should wear masks so we can get back to basketball."

Gotta be honest, I'd bump him up to a 5-star for the self-awareness factor alone. Calling yourself the least important thing as you commit is All-American type stuff. Keene picked Boise State over Hawaii, Iona, Utah State and George Washington. I'll be honest, how do you say no to Rick Pitino? Feel like that would have made the mask video even better somehow. Gotta go to Ricky P here.

Well done. I want to see more stuff like this with commitments. Get unique, get different. Everyone can do the hat, everyone can wear a shirt. Give me something different. Kinda love this dudes ability to talk shit too:
