There is no possible way I can prove what happened in Jacob deGrom's MRI tube had anything to do with reports of Sheldon Adelson being the mystery buyer being outed as bullshit. But I am giving Mets Fans the Win and Uncle Stevie the Save for today's journey in Metsland. I am not even going to complain about the rollercoaster ride of emotions we went on over the last 18 hours because I honestly feel like we needed to taste a little bit of our own blood before this crazy coronaseason kicks off because it is going to be a wild sprint with twists and turns even Mets fans cannot imagine, if the season actually starts let alone ends.
So in the end, I am grateful we got a little hint of mayhem, our sweet Jacob is just fine, and one of the few people on the planet that can match Steve Cohen dollar for dollar is not going to be bidding against him.
