Lets Get The 10th Anniversary Of “The Decision” Rolling By Watching Fans React To LeBron Announce He Is Taking His Talents To South Beach

Time to kick off The Decision videos since it’ll be all everyone is talking about today as the sports world continues its coronavirus coma and there’s nothing like watching people act like a loved one died or came back to life based on the decision another person made about where he was going to work next. 2010 was a simpler time, I tell ya. That being said, I can't even blame the fans for most of the shit they said or did. Knowing you were getting the best player on the planet in his prime along with probably multiple NBA championships elicits some sort of a reaction. Burning a jersey you already paid for or strongly worded letters written in Comic Sans may be a little extreme. But dousing yourself in ketchup? Completely normal and rational.

After everything that happened in 2016, I don't know if I even feel bad for Cavs fans anymore. Yeah they got their heart ripped out by their hero on TV in front of millions of people. But coming back from a 3-1 deficit to win the NBA championship against a team that won 73 games that season feels like the debt was paid back with interest. Not just with the city's first title in decades but the championship parade and the entire summer of JR Smith partying shirtless.

Not all of us were lucky enough to emerge from The Decision with a happy ending...
