WTHR- Metro police are still trying to track down a man wanted for a shooting that injured five people last weekend, including three children. They say he refuses to surrender and should be considered armed and dangerous. Domonique Stone, 24, is wanted on several warrants. Investigators said they received a tip Stone plans to turn himself in, but not until next week because he wants “to chill this weekend.” The shooting happened last Sunday in an apartment near 59th and Georgetown. Someone used a high-powered assault rifle to shoot two women and three young boys. Police are still trying to identify two other suspects. One of them was seen leaving the scene in a 2002 silver Ford Focus that had been stolen during a carjacking. It has Indiana license plate WOJ856.

Hell yes!  I believe we call this the Allen Iverson Move (nobody calls it that but me.  Even I don’t.  That’s the first time I’ve ever typed or said Allen Iverson Move).  Remember when Iverson did this?  I think it happened some time in the early 2000s.  Iverson was set to turn himself in on weapons charges but planned to turn himself in the next Tuesday.  So what do you do between then and when you’re planning to give yourself up?  PARTY TIME, BABY!  And that’s exactly what Iverson did.  He threw himself a giant party with friends and family at his mansion that weekend so he could live it up before being in police custody.  It’s quite genius.  Same goes for this guy who apparently shot five people and has a warrant out for his arrest.  Fiiiiiiiine, I’ll turn myself in but not until next week.  I need to chill and party for a few days beforehand.  It’s pretty badass if you don’t think too hard about it.  Middle fingers to law enforcement and all that jazz.  Ya know, until you’re hungover as shit and sitting in a jail cell.
