Patrick Reed Sinks An Ace And Then Races His Caddy To The Hole

I think I’m officially on #TeamPatrickReed?  My feelings towards him are constantly changing.  He’s arrogant, kind of an asshole and has a sketchy past with his college teammates but after his Ryder Cup performance, shushing the European crowd and now racing his caddy to the hole after he sinks an ace I think I’m officially in.  It’s like, yeah I know he’s an asshole but he’s our asshole.  And golf needs golfers that people aren’t sure if they love or hate.  It keeps everything interesting.

PS- My first thought when I saw him sprinting was, “Damn, he’s pretty fast for a big guy.  He’s keeping up with his skinnier caddy” and then I remembered his caddy was carrying a bag full of clubs.  So maybe he’s not that fast.  Good thing you don’t have to be an in-shape athlete when you hit hole-in-ones. Catch your breath big fella!
