Horace Grant Says 90% Of The Last Dance Was Bullshit And That Michael Jordan Was A Snitch

Just an UNBELIEVABLE string of quotes by Horace Grant about Michael Jordan and the last dance here. I don't even know where to start so I think I will just pick the three most salacious ones

"I would say [it was] entertaining, but we know, who was there as teammates, that about 90% of it -- I don't know if I can say it on air, but B.S. in terms of the realness of it," Grant said. "It wasn't real -- because a lot of things [Jordan] said to some of his teammates, that his teammates went back at him. But all of that was kind of edited out of the documentary, if you want to call it a documentary."

First of all...I think they documentary did a pretty accurate job of portraying Jordan as a tyrant. They told the full Kerr story. They interviewed Will Perdue. They talked to Scott Burrell. Jordan straight up said that he tried to fight Burrell several times and Burrell wouldn't do it. Kerr kind of did and that allowed Kerr and Jordan to coexist. Nobody is saying that Michael Jordan was beloved. Horace went on PMT and straight up said that he and Jordan didn't get along before the "Jordan Rules" book came out and they REALLY didn't get along after that because Jordan thought he was a snitch. Trust is huge. If Jordan can't trust you how can he then be your friend? Jordan invented slights all the time to motivate himself. The doc showed that. The Horace Grant slight might not have been manufactured in MJ's head. It might have been real so that one is never going to die. We all know what Jordan was about now more than ever. It's this

"Lie, lie, lie. … If MJ had a grudge with me, let's settle this like men," Grant said during the interview. "Let's talk about it. Or we can settle it another way. But yet and still, he goes out and puts this lie out that I was the source behind [the book]. Sam and I have always been great friends. We're still great friends. But the sanctity of that locker room, I would never put anything personal out there. The mere fact that Sam Smith was an investigative reporter. That he had to have two sources, two, to write a book, I guess. Why would MJ just point me out?

Call Michael Jordan a liar one more time, motherfucker. Do it again. I dare you. I double dare you. Grant keeps talking about this grudge that Jordan has, but it honestly sounds like Grant has his own axe to grind.

Scott Burrell, that was heartbreaking [to watch]. To see a guy, a leader, to go at those guys like that. I understand in terms of practicing, you have a push and shove here and there, but outright punching and things of that nature. And calling them the B's and the H's; that wasn't called for."

B's and H's? That was uncalled for? Really Horace?

He said that I was the snitch, but yet and still after 35 years he brings up his rookie year going into one of his teammates' rooms and seeing coke, and weed and women. My point is: Why the hell did he want to bring that up? What's that got to do with anything? I mean, if you want to call somebody a snitch, that's a damn snitch right there."When that so-called documentary is about one person, basically, and he has the last word on

Uhh…MAJOR difference here, Horace. You tried(allegedly per MJ's brain) to fuck over an active teammate. You named names. Told stories. Spoke to the enemy. Went against the family. Jordan telling a story about a bunch of unnamed dudes who nobody remembers to begin with after the statute of limitations on anything bad that can happen has expired is NOT being a snitch. That is telling a story which was a part of his story.

what's going to be put out there … it's not a documentary," Grant said. "It's his narrative of what happens in the last, quote-unquote, dance. That's not a documentary, because a whole bunch of things was cut out, edited out. So that's why I call it a so-called documentary."

Horace, Horace, Horace. Freshen up on your history, bub. "History is written by the winners"--Winston Churchill(and probably a hundred people before him). History is written by the winners and nobody won more than Michael. He won in the 1990s and he's winning a war of words with you, Horace Grant, without even saying a word. Of course things were going to be edited. That's why you hire a director and an editor. To tell a story. They did a fantastic job. Horace just doesn't like that he was an after thought and that Jordan shunned him forever. Those are the breaks. Those are the Jordan Rules.
