Eric Dickerson Thinks The Rams New Uniforms Make Them Look 'Soft' And The Helmet Looks Like Two Bananas

[Source] - Among his comments, he said the horns on the helmet look like "two bananas" and that the changes make the team look "soft."

"This is football. This ain't nothing to do with surfing. This ain't nothing to do with waves. This is football. This is a man's sport," Dickerson said in the interview. "And to me, it just looks soft. It don't look like football. It don't look hard."

"The helmet and the logo, they both suck," he said.

I need Eric Dickerson to break down new uniforms and logos all the time. Remember his quote when they released the new logo? 

He's not wrong. The moment you hear that the helmet looks like two bananas that's all you see. It's awful. The Rams had a near perfect helmet already. They just needed to rock the light blue with the bright yellow horns. They didn't need to change the helmet. They just needed to change the colors of the jersey to match. Bingo, bango you have a top uniform then. Instead we have this look:

I can't stop laughing at the surfing comment though. Dickerson just went full football guy there. I don't know if a uniform can make someone look soft. You can have terrible uniforms - looking at these, with the gradient numbers, etc. Surfing? Yeah, you know what. I see it with the white/grey whatever color you want to call it jersey. Just hilarious that's where Dickerson's head goes.
