(2) Michael Scott 5024 64.8%

Michael Scott cannot, will not be denied. He blew through Tony Soprano with ease. I mean it wasn’t even a contest. Charlie Kelly gave Walter White more of a run than Tony gave Michael Scott. I was never much of a Sopranos guy but I fully expected Tony to make the Final 4. I guess the Sopranos fans just didn’t make it out to vote. Michael Scott already crowned the “World’s Best Boss” after taking out TVs best crime boss ever.

The George vs. Kramer ended up being a blowout. A highly anticipated matchup between a power house 1 seed and an underseeded 6 making a run. In the end though, George dominated Kramer. I believe this was the correct outcome. Which is more of a testament to George than a knock on Kramer. Cosmo has had some of the best moments on Seinfeld. He’s one of the greatest physical comedic actors ever. His Kramerica episode alone puts him in the Hall of Fame. But Costanza was just next level stuff that transcended Seinfeld. The lessons George taught us are bigger than just a TV show.

The Larry David Train continues to roll. A little Trial By Combat with the Half Man and he disposed of the Imp rather easily. Obviously a couple more major hurdles to climb but the dream match up of Larry David vs. George Costanza in the Finals still lives. I cant tell whether that match up is a testament to Larry David or Jason Alexander. Like is it more flattering to be the guy the character was based on or the actor who was able to nail the acting interpretation of another person who was considered championship worthy? I dont even know which way I’d vote on that. I’m getting ahead of myself, but Larry David as a 5 is the lowest seed in the Final Four.

And last but not least, the Charlie Kelly Cinderella run comes to an end. The Cinderella Man!

Unfortunately meets his demise. It was a great run for Charlie Kelly. For a brief moment he was on top of the world during this run. Like when he was drinking sunblock at the Jersey Shore hanging out with The Waitress while she was on ecstasy. For once everything was going right for him. But Walter White is just too much to overcome. As much as I’d love The Nightman in the Final Four, at some point you have to be realistic about what Walter did on Breaking Bad and give him the edge.

So theres your Final Four. (1) Walter vs. (5) Larry. (1) George vs. (2) Michael Scott. Michael has been steamrolling the competition but facing George Costanza is a whole different ball game. Walter White vs Larry David is interesting. I could honestly see that being a blowout for Walter, or a close match up with Larry winning. I cant see Larry David running away with it. Regardless it should be a fascinating Final Four.
