The Sign Language Guy On New York Mayor de Blasio's Covid-19 Live Stream Is Eccentric As Hell

I don't know what the goin rate for a live sign language interpreter is but if I'm this fella in black, my rate just tripled. The facial expressions are perfect. The pizzazz that he's showing is unreal. UNREAL. It's about the love of the game and this dude has it in spades. 

I wonder if his outfit is like a uniform for signing folks. Grey background, black long sleeve shirt. Long black hair. Goatee. The only thing you can see are his eyes when they light up and his hands when they are doin the talking. That's how it's done, folks. That's how you make a name for yourself. I dont know this guy's name but he's a star.
