I mean, sure, that's pretty impressive and everything. But here's the thing...
I play real sports. Not trying to be the best at exercising.
Would I have 2 fractured wrists and a minor heart attack after attempting this workout? Of course I would. And the only way I'd come out of it injury-free is if I simply couldn't even come close to attempting it at all. But please tell me how this workout is going to benefit him in an athletic event. How many times have you ever seen an athlete go full waterbug like that during a game? LeBron James ever run the waterbug play? Pat Mahomes ever run the waterbug play? Connor McDavid? Roy Donk?
Didn't think so.
So while this workout is super impressive and leads me to believe that superheroes might actually exist, nothing beats a quick set of pushups and maxing out for 1 rep on a bench. Take it from me, I could have gone pro if I didn't tear my ACL in high school.
