Wake Up With The Red

I swear this song and the band Chevelle have been staples on DC 101 for the last 15 years and if you asked me the name of this song or who sang it I'd have no clue. Even with you listen to it, you know there's words, you know there are lyrics, but I also know I've heard this song 100 times and I couldn't give you one of 'em. But it sounds so esthetically pleasing and that's how you get a rock radio hit. Reminds me of "Pumped Up Kicks". Who cares what they're actually singing about, everyone wants to do that whistle part. 

But I will say, there's no time I hear this song and don't listen all the way through. The true sign of a smash.
