April 17th Workout: I'm Down 16 Pounds And You Guys Haven't Seen Anything Yet

April 6th Weigh-In: 331 lbs

April 17th Weigh-In: 315 lbs

LETS GO. The kid is down 16 pounds and I gotta admit I'm starting to feel myself but the journey is nowhere near over. I'd ideally love to get down to about 250 (I don't wanna be greedy). My goal of being under 300 pounds by May 6th is well within reach and now that ive been doing Tik Tok videos with my shirt off I'm starting to see some subtle changes and god damn does it feel good. Today was one of those sluggish mornings where I didn't want to work out. I knew in my brain I 100% was going to work out but my body was feeling otherwise. The weather is gloomy, raining and all I wanted to do was lay down on the couch and watch tv. I know I'm better than that though so I strapped the shoes on and still managed to get in a good workout while battling the elements of gods faint tears. If you want anything bad enough you won't make excuses, you'll make it happen. I really appreciate all the people that have reached out showing support. Some have sent encouraging messages sharing their experience going through the weight loss journey before and some have reached out saying they've just started it like myself. Either way I love you all. You guys are a big part of what motivates me to get after it everyday. We're all in this together. Lets make this shit happen. Here's todays workout:
