"Shut The Fuck Up And Lick My Balls"- NYC Cop Gets Into A Megaphone War With A Homeless Dude

Lovely. Nice to see the city hasn't lost its charm. For the record I don't know if this guy is homeless, he could just be drunk. Whatever the case, both he and the cop should've heeded the cop's advice and shut the fuck up. No one, I repeat...NO ONE in New York City right now wants to be dealing with that kind of noise given circumstances. Although I will say I did get a chuckle out of the "lick my balls" line. I haven't heard that since middle school. 

Some people online are saying the video fake, but the NYPD is launching an investigation anyway.
