Brian Dozier Pulled Out a Trash Can to Bang While the Nationals Watched Game 7 of the World Series on Zoom

While we may not have baseball right now and maybe not at all this season, lest we forget that we, as a nation, made a pact to have the Houston Astros' next season of competition be a veritable hell and if we have to wait until 2021 to make that happen, then so be it.

The Astros are so unlikable that they did the impossible in making me enjoy something the Nationals did. I actually laughed at a cute little prank pulled by one of the members of the team I hate the most in baseball. Brian Dozier waited for his moment to strike and then pulled out his trash can and started banging on it while he and his former teammates — he's now a member of the San Diego Padres — watched their Game 7 victory over the Astros in the 2019 World Series.

This stunt wins Dozier the daily Zoom content award for April 14 in my book, seemingly the most coveted award in media which gets even more important with each passing day.

I just hope coronavirus doesn't make us ease up on the Houston Asterisks, because they deserved every single thing that was coming to them and hopefully still is.

The Nationals winning the World Series will always suck, but at least they took down the cheaters.
