A Thank You To This IG Fitness Model For Inspiring Me To Work On My Flexibility

This blog could be summed up by one screenshot:

A combination of amazing flexibility and, I assume, core strength. 

Being a bit overweight myself, I've taken this quarantine as an opportunity to get my fitness in check. No gyms are open, but I can work on bodyweight exercises, cardio (running), and now I'm adding flexibility to the mix. My inspiration? Amanda Cole. 

Will I be doing a split on a TRX anytime soon? No, but I can loosen up the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, quads, etc. I appreciate the motivation, Amanda. Best of luck staying in shape during this quarantine.
