Jerry Ferrara Told Smitty & I An AWESOME Never Before Told Story About Hanging With James Gandolfini

In all my 2.5 years of being a Sopranos fan I've learned a few things. I've learned exactly what the gabagool is, I've learned that there is an actual circuit of Italian-American actors that have appeared in every mob-related production for the past 30 years, and I've learned James Gandolfini is a larger than life persona. So naturally whenever you're talking to someone that may have come in contact with James Gandolfini before his untimely passing, you ask that very person about one James Gandolfini.

And last night in Jerry Ferrara's case it worked PERFECTLY. What an absolutely awesome story. I mean Gandolfini kinda getting shy about asking Jerry to take a picture with the troops (I don't think anyone's ever said no to a photo with soldiers let alone when you're asked by JAMES GANDOLFINI) & attempting to say he's "seen" Entourage is hilarious. But nothing and I mean nothing can top getting the "you better be a gentleman" talk from Tony fucking Soprano. Imagine dating Jamie-Lynn Sigler AND getting that talk? Best BOGO deal ever.
