Apparently Rosario Dawson Has Been Cast To Play Ahsoka Tano In 'The Mandalorian' Season 2

If this is true...

Ahsoka Tano, if you're unaware, is a character created by George Lucas to serve as Anakin Skywalker's Padawan in 'The Clone Wars' animated series. After getting off to a bit of a rough start in the eyes and hearts of fans, I think it's fair to say that at this point, Ahsoka is one of the most beloved characters in the history of Star Wars. Seriously.

Ahsoka more or less turned into the main character of 'The Clone Wars', had the best character arcs throughout, and even got to tie up a ton of her loose ends in a follow-up animated series, 'Star Wars: Rebels' - before her small role in 'The Rise of Skywalker', where she speaks to Rey along with the rest of the Jedi...

We've never seen the character in a live-action setting before, though fans have been clamoring for her for many, many years now, and like I said before - if it is true, heads will explode - mine being one of them. 

Rosario Dawson is also just a peeeeeeerrrrrrrrfect casting for an older, more mature Ahsoka. Perfect. I think she's been suggested by fans in the past as well! I'm really hoping this turns out to be accurate. 

I wouldn't even put it past Jon Favs and Dave Filoni to leak this on purpose in these dire times if it is true, just knowing it'll lift the spirits of folk across the world galaxy.
